We are now half way through our autumn yoga courses. It is great to see all our students enjoying their yoga practice. Learning lots of new postures and perfecting the postures they know already. We are now back after our mid term break and classes are ongoing up to December.
When you come to the Yoga Centre Waterford studio you come into an oasis of calm, where you give yourself time and space to tune into your inner self, inner perfection and develop a yoga practice suitable to your temperament. Classes take place in a private light filled venue, looking out on to a beautiful pond and garden at Grantstown. It is a unique venue.
Yoga Waterford offers various sessions of classes throughout the year. The classes usually fit in with the academic year. So we have autumn, winter, spring and Easter courses.
Courses can be of 4, 5, 6, 8 or 10 weeks duration. Courses offered include:
Hatha Yoga - Iyengar style;
Energetic Yoga – Vinyasa style
Breathing Techniques, Meditation and Mindfulness
Mum and Baby YogaPREGNANCY YOGA NEWS: Our current course commenced on Monday 2nd November and is now fully booked up. The next course starts on Monday 11th January 2016 at 6.15pm to 7.45pm.
